14-Day Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your leather item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send back your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the leather item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Customized or personalized leather products.
Leather items that show signs of wear or damage caused after delivery.
Please note that we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item after approval and place a new order separately. Once the return is accepted, the refund for the original item will be processed.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. To qualify, the leather product must:

Include proof of purchase.
Refunds
After we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
